Job Description

Salary: £45k + £550 Car Allowance Per Month + 20% Annual Bonus

Location: Based from home with travel across the UK as required

What you'll be doing;


  • Manage and develop Veolia's UK Battery Recycling Business
  • Build strong relationships with customers and prospects to ensure Veolia is well prepared for to take advantage of any business opportunities
  • To design,develop and implement the required front and back of house services required to deliver a first class service offering to customers.
  • Continually keep track of the battery recycling trends within the market, ensuring our technology and services are up to date
  • Develop new business opportunities within the battery recycling market, ensuring clear sales development plans are in place
  • Lead on submitting tenders, ensuring commercials are correct for Veolia
  • Take the lead on enhancing our service offered to well established contracts through battery recycling



What we're looking for;


  • The ability to learn and comprehend technical information quickly and become the SME for Veolia with regards to battery recycling
  • The ability to create excellent relationships with customers translating technical knowledge into plain language explanations
  • The confidence to professionally manage projects ensuring requirements for compliance are adhered to along each step
  • A proven track record in winning and retaining business
  • Prior hazardous waste or battery recycling expertise is valuable but not essential - the key is demonstrating an unparalleled aptitude for accelerated technical mastery.
