Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We at Yeovilteenies Day Nursery will endeavour to commit ourselves to the Armed Forces Covenant by:

• Ensuring that members of the Armed Forces should not face disadvantages for their service.
• Providing care and education specifically for children of the Armed Forces and have provided employment for spouses for serving members of the Armed Forces and offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner's deployment.
• Pledging to promote how we are an armed forces-friendly organisation through displaying the Covenant logo.
• Striving to support the employment of Service spouses and partners through advertising for jobs within the local military community.
• Seeking to support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces, including by accommodating their training and deployment where possible.
• Supporting children during a parent's deployment, by tailoring activities to help them with the separation.

About us

At Yeovilteenies Day Nursery we strive to provide a friendly, safe, and inspiring environment for the children to learn and grow. We have now been running as a Limited company for 10 years but have been running Yeovilteenies since 2002, making a combined total of 21 years.

We aim to encourage our staff with their continued professional development within our company, meaning a better quality of education for our children. We are committed to supporting our families and ensure we work together to provide the highest quality of education and childcare for their children - by going above and beyond to adhere to all relevant childcare Acts and following all OFSTED regulations. Enthusiastic staff radiate onto the children thus creating a positive environment for the children to thrive.

We hope to equip our children with the life skills they need to thrive once they leave our nurturing, home-from-home environment.
