Security Monitoring Centres Ltd (SMC) is one of the most sophisticated and advanced monitoring businesses in operation today, with highly skilled operators making maximum use of the latest security and communication technologies. We provide CCTV monitoring through SMC Vision, intruder monitoring services through Custodian Monitoring all within our newly refurbished and state of the art control room, to a wide range of customers across a diverse range of market sectors. We operate two technically advanced facilities, our prime location being in Nottingham (Head Office) and a secondary centre based in Leeds, both have the expertise necessary to deliver integrated security monitoring solutions such as, but not limited to; • CCTV monitoring • Intruder and fire alarm monitoring • Personal attack response • Loneworker and staff safety services • Disaster recovery • Remote CCTV Guard Tours • CCTV Remote Service Our businesses provide a comprehensive range of services available remotely 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, all being delivered from our Category 2 monitoring facilities. All of our locations have achieved the accreditation BS5979 for Intruder/Fire and BS8418 for CCTV and operate to the United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) programme.
