Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We recognise the value military families bring to our business and to our country. We will seek to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, by:

• promoting the fact that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation;
• striving to support the employment of service spouses and partners, working together with Forces Families Jobs;
• creating a separate platform on our careers site for service leavers and partners of those still serving, providing a direct line to veterans within the business to provide support and guidance for those interested in applying for a role;
• endeavouring to offer flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner's deployment;
• seeking to support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces, including by accommodating their training and deployment where possible;
• creating an Employee Recognition Group to provide support to veterans and their partners within the company, whilst contributing towards the business' continued commitment to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion.
