Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We have committed to uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by recognising the value of all of the Armed Forces community including serving personnel, reservists, veterans, cadets, and military families.
Specific to Armed Forces families, it is AXIAH policy to advertise all external vacancies on Force Families Jobs, and to provide an extended guaranteed interview scheme for military spouses/partners who meet the nationality requirements of the job, to ensure employment opportunities are made available to Service Spouses and Partners.
In addition, our service spouse and partner employees are provided ‘protected leave’ before, during and after a partner’s deployment, as well as to support Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal Day and Remembrance activities. AXIAH also provides charitable donations to Armed Forces charities, and supports the assistance of charitable activities by staff, contractors, customers and suppliers.

AXIAH Ltd are an expanding micro-enterprise providing systems engineering & management consultancy and support to equipment delivery and capability development, primarily within the Defence and Security domains. Continually punching above our weight, we have built an excellent reputation and relationships with our customers delivering outputs across multiple engineering disciplines and technical domains, with a focus on Integrated Technologies and crossing-cutting capabilities: Cyber & Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA), Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (ISR) and Command & Control, Communications and Computers (C4).
We provide the opportunity to support the UK Armed Forces and wider national security and intelligence communities at the cutting-edge of technology, science and engineering as part of a small multi-disciplined team. We are a company interested in continuing our corporate social responsibility and sustainability drives in line with our Responsible Delivery code, and pride ourselves on our flexibility and agile working enabled by both our dedicated workspace in Chippenham (Wiltshire) and our fully cloud-native Information Systems to support true hybrid working.
