Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
At Aspris we already have many colleagues who have family members in the Armed Forces and we understand it is important to support you. As part of our commitment, we offer additional leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment to enable you to spend the time together you need.
We have established a relocation scheme between our schools and homes across the UK so when a family member moves due to redeployment, we will support our Aspris colleagues to move to another service nearby; for office based colleagues we offer hybrid working.
We will shortly be establishing a scheme for career breaks for Service spouses and partners allowing you guaranteed reengagement with us if you seek to return in a period of up to 24 months. If you would like more information about the support available, please email HR@Aspris.com
